York Hotel Singapore’s Penang Hawkers’ Fare returns to White Rose Café from 4 to 20 September 2026, bringing back authentic Penang street food.
The à la carte buffet will feature favourites such as Penang Laksa, Char Kway Teow, Oyster Omelette and Ice Kachang, alongside a selection of other classic Penang dishes.
