In collaboration with Jason Nyonya House from Penang, Malaysia, this limited-time dining event brings the aromatic, nuanced flavours of northern Penang Peranakan cuisine to the table, presented through a menu of home-style fare helmed by Madam Cheah Soo Fuen, mother of founder Jason Chan, and rooted in treasured family recipes handed down through generations.
