Marking 40 years of serving authentic Penang cuisine in Singapore, York Hotel Singapore presents ‘A Penang Peranakan Culinary Showcase’ an à la carte buffet at White Rose Café from 18 to 28 June 2026. In collaboration with Jason Nyonya House from Penang, Malaysia, this limited-time dining event brings the aromatic, nuanced flavours of northern Penang Peranakan cuisine to the table, presented through a menu of home-style fare helmed by Madam Cheah Soo Fuen, mother of founder Jason Chan, and rooted in treasured family recipes handed down through generations.
