White Rose Café’s ‘Treasured Flavours of Singapore’ à la carte buffet lunch menu offers an irresistible spread of 30 time-honoured dishes rooted in local heritage, including our signature Fish Head Curry.

Chef-recommended dishes include Sambal Cuttlefish, Braised Pork Cartilage, Har Cheong Gai, Eggplant with Minced Pork in Claypot, Stir-fried Shanghai Green with Garlic, Lady Finger with Cincalok Sauce, and Oyster Omelette.

Classic offerings such as Sambal Kang Kong, Chap Chye, Chicken Masala, Beef Rendang, and a delightful array of desserts are sure to satisfy every palate!
