To participate, kindly complete the registration form either as:
- Company’s registration - only one appointed authorised person to participate in the programme. List of other secretaries involved in hotel reservations must be attached to enable us to credit their reservation points to the appointed person’s account. Those not included in the list will not be awarded any points.
- Individual registration - each secretary in the company must complete their own registration and only reservations made by the registered person, points will be accredited. All forms must be with authorised name, signature and company’s stamp. Hotel reserves the right to forfeit any claims for points should any registration be not completed .

Points will be awarded to bookings made directly with the Hotel without involving a third party. |

When making reservations, do provide our staff with your name and company details, so that points will be duly credited to your account. |

Should your guests made their own bookings directly with the Hotel without involving a third party (Travel Agents/Airlines/Foreign Companies), please notify us to claim the points before your guests’ departure, otherwise, it will be void. |

With a minimum of 25 points, you can redeem for a gift as per gift list or you can accumulate the points for gifts of higher value. |
07. |
For every 10 points, a lucky draw coupon will be issued at the end of the programme together with a statement. A Grand Lucky Draw will be held with the date to be advised. |

You can accumulate as many lucky draw coupons as you wish but each winner is entitled to win only ONE PRIZE. |

For redemption of gifts, kindly complete the redemption coupon and addressed it to our Sales & Marketing Department. |

Meal and room night stay vouchers are valid for 3 months upon issuance.
Meal vouchers can only be utilised for ala carte orders at the White Rose Cafe. The meal vouchers are not redeemable for Banquet facilities or private room functions. Extension on
the validity of vouchers will not be entertained.

Bookings of room accommodation are subject to room availability. |
13. |
Points awarded are non transferable and Hotel reserves the right to change or substitute
the gifts should any of the items not be available at the time of redemption.

All redemptions are subject to the individual participating Merchants’ Terms & Conditions.

York Hotel is not an agent for the participating Merchants and makes no representation as to
the quality of goods and services provided.

York Hotel is not liable for any lost or misplaced vouchers. All gifts including those of the Grand Lucky Draw are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The programme is open to all corporate companies registered in Singapore enjoying our
corporate rates excluding those ad-hoc special rates and negotiated rates quoted.
