PROGRAMME DETAILS
To participate in our corporate programme, simply follow the steps below:
1 Complete the registration form either as: Company's registration Individual registration Only one appointed authorized person to participate in the programme. List of other secretaries involved in hotel reservations must be attached to enable us to credit their reservation points to the appointed person's account. Those not included in the list will not be awarded any points. Each secretary in the company must complete their own registration and only reservations made by the registered person, points will be accredited. All forms must be with authorized name, signature and company's stamp. Hotel reserves the right to forfeit any claims for points should any registration be not completed. 2 Earn points for each materialised paying room night booked directly with the hotel between 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013 . Points earned are as follows: ROOM TYPE POINT(S) Superior 1.0 Deluxe / Single Unit Cabana 1.5 Premier Room / Split Level Cabana 2.0 Deluxe Suite 3.0 Long Term (minimum 30 nights) 0.5 In-house seminar based on every S$200 spent on full day or half day packages (excluding service charge, cess and GST) 1.0 (to the nearest digit) 3 With a minimum of 20 points, you can redeem a gift, or you can accumulate the points for gifts of higher value. To redeem a gift, simply log in and redeem or complete the redemption coupon and address it to our Sales & Marketing Department. 4 For every 20 points, a lucky draw coupon will be issued at the end of the programme along with a statement. A Grand Lucky Draw will be held with the date to be advised. To check your point balance, please log in or call our Sales Coordinator at +65 6830 1132. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The programme is open to all corporate companies registered in Singapore enjoying our corporate rates, excluding ad-hoc special rates and negotiated rates. 2. The Hotel reserves the right to forfeit any claims for points should any registration be not completed. 3. Points will be awarded to bookings made directly with the Hotel without involving a third party. 4. When making reservations, do provide our staff with your name and company details, so that points will be duly credited to your account. 5. Should your guests made their own bookings directly with the Hotel without involving a third party (Travel Agents/Airlines/Foreign Companies), please notify us to claim the points before your guests’ departure, otherwise, it will be void. 6. You can accumulate as many lucky draw coupons as you wish but each winner is entitled to win only 1 prize. 7. For redemption of gifts, kindly complete the redemption coupon and addressed it to our Sales & Marketing Department. 8. You may contact our Sales Coordinator at Tel. No. 68301132 or log into your account to access with your password for an update of points. 9. Meal and room night stay vouchers are valid for 3 months upon issuance. Meal vouchers can only be utilized for ala carte orders at the White Rose Cafe. The meal vouchers are not redeemable for Banquet facilities or private room functions. Extension on the validity of vouchers will not be entertained. 10. Booking of room accommodation will be subject to room availability. 11. Points awarded are non transferable and Hotel reserves the right to change or substitute the gifts listed should any of the items are made not available at the time of redemption. 12. All redemptions are subject to the individual participating Merchants' Terms & Conditions. Please check with the Merchants for details. 13. York Hotel is not an agent for the participating Merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of goods and services provided. 14. York Hotel is not liable for any lost or misplaced vouchers. All gifts including those of the Grand Lucky Draws are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 15. 17 The programme is open to all corporate companies registered in Singapore enjoying our corporate rates excluding those ad-hoc special rates and negotiated rates quoted. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate the programme at any time without notice No top-up of points will be entertained Any gifts not redeemed by 31st May 2013 will be forfeited Terms and conditions apply
